Dr. Nan Schaffer
Dr. Nan Schaffer is internationally recognized as a leading veterinarian specializing in wildlife reproduction, particularly rhinos. For over two decades, she has published numerous articles in academic journals and educated the public worldwide on the decline of rhinos and other mammals and their conservation through reproductive management and stewardship. She founded and headed a Non-Profit Organization (NGO) called SOS Rhino based in Chicago to protect and increase rhino populations and support the advancement of rhino-related research research.
